Sundials

A sundial is an instrument that has been in use since ancient times to measure the passage of hours. A sundial uses the shadow projected by a ‘gnomon’ or ‘style’ on a surface which has been marked off with a scale to indicate the position of the Sun in its diurnal movement.

There are different types of sundials, including Equatorial sundials, Horizontal sundials, Analematic sundials, Vertical sundials, and Declining Sundials..

We design all of our personalized sundials for a specific location on the Earth, with the maximum degree of precision.
